SHIPPING POLICY

**Please note that each piece is made to order. **

Once you place your order, please allow 20-25 days to be dispatched. We may have some pieces ready to ship so your order could arrive sooner. You will receive an email with the shipping details once it is ready. 

Shipping costs and delivery dates are calculated at checkout. Prices will vary depending on the delivery address.
Please consider that orders may experience some delays during the holidays due to high volume with the couriers.

For the international orders, shipping duties and taxes are not included. Note that the carrier may charge you import duties or taxes upon delivery issued by the country you are shipping to.

All international orders are final.  

If you selected “pick up in store” please wait for a confirmation email with all the details  for the pick up of your order. In case we need to create a new piece for you, it will take up to 20-25 days.
